Yeah its a possible new linkage plate that prevents the shock from going all the way through the travel. It looked so nice in the flesh

Youve got plenty of time to get faster in races. I have the same problems and thats why im not really going to e confident reason this season until im properly focussed when im against the clock. Time and practise will tell.

im getting on alright i suppose, im faster outside races i just seem to f*ck up in race runs.. and i dunno i dont think ill be going to fort bill anytime soon because of work but maybe someday ill go up on a weekend after dunkeld, plus i need to buy new parts for my bike, new hanger, mech and a decent chain because they got broken yesterday in practice

yeah i raced pitfichie, then fort william was this weekend but i mangled my bike so i didnt actually get to do my runs, only did practice but that was really fun... and dunkeld next month should be great! you racing it?
